Item Description
Set of 5 each about 10” tall with fabric bodies and vinyl heads. 1960s by Gund. These are Popeye, Olive Oyl, Wimpy, Brutus and Swee’Pea (tag reads “Sweet Pea"). Olive is missing stitched tag, other 4 have tag still intact. Swee’Pea has printed design on body as produced, the other 4 have silk screened body images. Olive & Swee’Pea are missing squeakers, other 3 are still here. Popeye has some noticeable small brown spots on back, moderate aging to front. Others have light scattered aging to bodies. Heads have some small scattered paint rubs but remain clean. Set overall Fine/VF. From the Andy Levison Collection.
