2-1/8" pin has minor bends and is movable but firmly attached. Bold stamp on tin back by maker "Balto. Badge & Nov. Co." Front shows peace dove w/olive branch below three flags. Text "National Peace Jubilee Washington D.C. May 23-25." Very ft. 1/8" age dot by dove's wing at left. VF, rare.
