16.5x21". May 27, 1953. Partially printed document signed "Elizabeth R." Document appointing Frederick William James Cooper, Esquire to be Vice-Council to Norway. 3.5" bold ink signature appears in upper right corner. Unidentified signature appears at bottom of document and below typed notation in upper left. Intersecting folds and a few small spots of tape residue on extreme edges. O/w bright, crisp. Fine. Comes with Hake's COA.
