1.75" cello case with same image both sides holds 4 cello blade-like toothpicks each 1.5" long. Issued for "Mills Restaurants" in Columbus and Cincinnati. Early 1900s by American Art Works. Rare and N. Mint. See windmill buttons #606-608.
