Lot of nine puppets, 10" to 10.5" tall. All have soft vinyl heads and cloth bodies with felt hands. Gund. c. 1961. Also included is 8.5" tall Gonzorgo doll by Gund. Puppets include Tom, Mother Goose, Gonzorgo, Toy Maker, Cadet, Soldier, Toyland Clown, Nosy Clown and Silly Dilly Clown. Silly puppet comes in original box. Box has significant wear with tears and splits and is missing window. Good. Puppets have felt hands which all have significant wear with Gonzorgo, Toy Maker and Soldier missing majority. Puppets overall have paint rubs to raised areas with some scattered paint scuffs but remain clean and bright. Heads are overall VF/Exc. Bodies have some scattered aging, most noticeable on Toy Maker and Soldier who are VG/Fine. Rest of bodies are Fine/VF. All were intended to be squeakers with Gonzorgo, Cadet, Toyland Clown and Silly Dilly Clown still having squeakers although only the two clowns still squeak. Doll has some aging and paint wear to brim of hat and is Fine. From the Andy Levison Collection.
