Item Description
The back cover has a black and white ad for Detective #1. From the earliest days of DC, this issue features Sam the Porter, Sandra of the Secret Service, Pirate Gold and a lot more. The book grades FN-. The following defects keep it from grading higher: the spine has stress and the staples have small tears on each edge, there is a 3/4” tear at the top of the spine, there is a pencil mark above the word "More" in the title, there is a very light water stain along the left center of the spine, but does not bleed into the book. The pages are cream to off-white.
