Item Description
This issue has the first appearance of Miss Victory which some consider to be the first patriotic heroine, even before Wonder Woman. It also has the first appearances of Captain Fearless and Citizen Smith, Son of the Unknown Soldier. The book grades VF/VF-. The following defects keep the book from grading higher: the top and bottom left corners have a small ding, the spine has some very minor wear. The pages are off-white.
