Spiral binding is intact w/some wear to top and bottom punches. Pages have some aging but are mostly off-white. "Reservation Blank" w/"The Quality Book Shop" sticker is still affixed inside front cover. Some .25x1" to 1.5" area of moisture staining along binding. Blank first page has some spotting as does inside front cover and has a much cleaner area where insert is bound. Back cover has moderate creases. Fine.
