Item Description
Large 11x14" pulp paper 4-page folio which was a supplement from the San Francisco Examiner newspaper. Contains lyrics and music for song "When The Circus Comes To Town" also described as "The New Song Hit Of The Wizard Of Oz" production at Majestic Theatre, New York City. Production starred Lottie Faust, pictured in pinktone photo and costume from her role. Remainder of cover is circus theme. Song is ©1902 by "Sol Bloom N.Y." owner of the copyright. Includes two verses of lyrics plus chorus lyric. Couple tiny 1/8" tears on right corner edge and very minor 1" stain at bottom right corner, but overall specatacular super-clean condition which is rare for early paper of this type. Exc. appearance.
