Item Description
This 1.25” is the only example we know of. Large color tinted photo of rose flower on deep brown with letters “VELT” below to produce “Rose-Velt.” No backpaper as issued with maker’s name “Phelps” stamped into the collet. Super clean and high gloss. Near Mint and Rare.
