Item Description
1.75” pin holds brass background disk and 1.25” diameter second brass disk with 9 die-cut blades that spin like a windmill when blown upon. Third brass disk at centre holds sepia real photo of McKinley. Blades accented by rwb enamel paint with 1/8” dia. brown mark on one blade but all else is near mint. When the blades are spinning, the photo shows against the mint gold luster of the background disk. Great action and only the second we’ve seen of this rare mechanical likely from 1896.
