9.5" long tin litho by Nomura, Japan. 1950s. Very colorful box has only minimal wear, a few scuffs on one edge and a few small creases. Tight. VF. Toy works and has bump-and-go action with flashing lights under plastic engine cover. Has tin operator with movable arms with sleeves that slip over levers which go back and forth as toy operates. Rubber treads still pliable. Toy has a few scattered pinpoint nicks, few small scratches on plastic cover, driver has slight touches of oxidation on arm. VF.
