Item Description
15” high composition doll manufactured in 1947 by Imperial Crown Toy Company. Jointed at shoulders, hips and head, doll has sleep eyes that work. Comes with detailed costume including snap-on cape, shirt with felt Superman chest emblem, cloth pants with snap and snap vinyl belt and original shoe and sock on left foot. Doll is missing shoe and sock of right foot. Shirt has a ¼” pull to fabric and Superman emblem has some small insect damage at top. Rest of costume has some aging with some wear to vinyl to shoe. Small color rubs to head. Composition has some light crazing and two pinpoint holes with some hairline cracks on stomach. These are not visible unless shirt is lifted up. Still a FN display piece. First we’ve offered in many years.
